Witherup Allen Law’s employment law experience dates back to 1997, when Attorney Roberto Allen joined Kollman & Saucier, P.A. as an Associate working on management-side Employment Law issues. Mr. Allen has continued his Employment Law practice through his career. From 2003-2007 and again from 2014 to 2021, Mr. Allen was a Commissioner on the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, a Senate-confirmed gubernatorial appointment to the State-level agency that oversees employment and housing discrimination and other civil rights matters for Marylanders. Mr. Allen served as Vice Chairman of the Commission from 2019-2021.
